DC favorites The B-Side Shuffle will once again be treating the District to their super funky mix of original tracks and covers this Saturday at Taste of DC’s Drink The District wine event at Yards Park. After a Living Social ad, the $30 all-you-can-drink tickets are nearly sold out for the 5pm to 9pm slot (12pm tickets are long gone), however you can still purchase one of the remaining few while supporting a worthy cause.

$5 of every ticket you purchase using this link will go to Athletes Without Limits, a wonderful charity whose main goal is to support athletes with intellectual disabilities achieve their goals. All funds raised by AWL go to coaching, training, and competition opportunities for intellectually disabled athletes at the national, regional, and local levels. AWL has ushered several competitors to greatness, including track and field star Michael Murray, who has competed against non-disabled athletes at USA Track and Field competitions and represented the United States at the Paralympic Track and Field World Championships in New Zealand back in 2011.
