Is Sen. Tom Harkin a Lady Gaga fan? Based on an upcoming fundraiser, it sure seems that way.

The Iowa Democrat is holding a fundraiser — “Citizens for Harkin” — on Feb. 24 during Gaga’s concert at Washington, D.C.’s Verizon Center.

Tickets cost $1,000. A bargain for Gaga.
