Before this, Heggem was director of coalitions and outreach for the House Agriculture committee and spent time with the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association; Podesta Group managing principal David Marin is joining Mylan as its new head of government affairs; Amy Murphy has a new role as manager of federal affairs at the Internet Association.
