SOME is a DC-based organization that helps homeless and underserved community members throughout our nation’s capital. By sponsoring services like food and clothing drives, affordable housing, and even job training, SOME aims to break the cycle of homelessness and more importantly, restore hope in a world looking for a better tomorrow.
Jr. Gala co-chairs, Patrick Brennan, Alden Denny and Zachary Dugan will host a night filled with high energy and spirits (and no, we’re not just talking about the cocktails). Guests will be welcomed via a glamorous red carpet and indulge in libations and hors d’oeuvres, all while getting down to some great live jams by the Blue Tips Rhythm Revue.
Proceeds from the gala will benefit families living in SOME’s affordable apartments, including Fendall Heights, which opened in May 2013 for 29 veterans and veteran-headed families.
