Tenacious taxpayer advocate and government watchdog “Taxpayers for Common Sense” put down their budget-scissors and raised a glass to celebrate their 20th Anniversary at Sonoma on Wednesday evening by honoring Reps. Mick Mulvaney and Earl Blumenauer with their “Mr. Smith Goes to Washington Award.”
