On Tuesday, June 23, Luigi Parasmo Salon and Spa welcomed new team member Kari Ellen Winik as their eyebrow, eyelash, and makeup maven. The salon treated a few of DC’s glamour girls to complimentary mimosas and makeup tutorials. The star of the evening was Winik’s critically acclaimed product, the Incredibrow. Let me just say, Inredi-wow this thing is good. We watched as Winik transformed a few ladies’ looks with this semi-permanent eyebrow dye. The actual color change to the brows can be very slight but the impact is huge.
