This Saturday, October 13, starting at 9pm, there will be a celebration for Pete Papageorge’s twenty-five years performing at Kelly’s Irish Times Restaurant, located at 14 F St, NW.
Commemorative t-shirts will be on sale which, in part, will benefit “Suited for Change,” a charity dedicated to assisting low-income women entering the workforce. Also, there will be musical performances featuring Pete and other performers in tribute to Pete’s music; a “celebrity roast;” the presentation of a framed portrait; a special presentation; and the introduction of a new cocktail named in Pete’s honor!
