Justin LoFranco is headed over to House Majority Whip Kevin McCarthy’s office today as the new digital director. He’s leaving Congressman Darrell Issa’s office and the Oversight Committee Press Team after three years of “wonderful, challenging and rewarding work,” said LoFranco
