It’s the weekend folks, and you know what that means — party time! I’ve got your weekend lineup with recommendations for Easter Sunday. Hope the Easter Bunny is good to you and yours!

Friday

Recher Theatre – if you saw my recent post on my music friend Erik Deutsch, you will be heading up to Towson tonight to see him perform with Shooter Jennings. It is going to be the event of the weekend!

Phantom Fridays – if you prefer staying local, hit up Opera Ultra Lounge to see DJ Dirty Hands on deck.

Saturday

City Dogs Rescue Adoption Brunch – join City Dogs Rescue for an adoption brunch and fundraiser at Nellie’s Sports Bar from 11am-3pm. For $20, you get a mimosa and a buffet brunch! For just a little more, you can adopt a dog!

Paul Oakenfold – if you are a fan of trance, you know PO well. Head to Fur and see him perform with Roberto Gonzalez.

3rd Annual Cadbury Classic – I saw this party on facebook and thought it sounded like a hoot. And, George is always a fun time – just be sure to wear your Easter party best.

Sunday

Easter brunch – anyone that is still in town this weekend should secure an Easter brunch rezzie quick! Some spots that will please every member of your party are the bottomless brunches at Masa 14 and El Centro, noshing with the folks at Tabard Inn, jazz brunch with your gal pals at Melody Tavern or a chocoholic’s dream brunch at Co Co Sala.

Eighteenth Street Lounge – why not dance off the pounds gained at brunch at ESL’s weekly Sunday mass party. DJ Sam “The Man” Burns always delights and the bar offers a happy hour until 11pm.
