This image was taken this past blustery Friday, February 25. After a few days of rain, 60 MPH winds came through the district to usher out the storm clouds and bring back the blue sky for the weekend. Here is a snapshot from the Lincoln Memorial of those clouds during sunset. I placed emphasis on the clouds not only for dramatic effect, but to avoid the construction at the Reflecting Pool.
