Congratulations to Tommy Sheridan, a legislative assistant at the National Head Start Association for submitting the winning photo in our Virgin Mobile Free Fest Contest. Tommy took the prize of four tickets to Virgin Mobile’s Free Fest, along with four digital cameras and 2×3 printers from Polaroid, with 75% of the vote.

His winning submission was of an original Senator Al Franken as Harry Potter bobble head in front of a feed of the Senate, rocking the FamousDC/ClotureClub contest sign.
