Once = lucky, twice = good:
One good thing for Democrats about passing a health care reform bill in two parts: President Obama gets two signing ceremonies.
CNN reports the president will sign the reconciliation bill which contains “fixes” to the original legislation at a community college in northern Virginia later today. The move “will culminate almost a year of fiercely partisan debate and a tortuous legislative journey on the proposals generated by Democrats and unanimously opposed by Republicans.”
Re-runs will be available on C-SPAN in case you need a third or fourth fix.
