EXCLUSIVE: The Herald Group’s Shannon Flaherty will soon be returning to the Hill to serve as Deputy Chief of Staff for Communications for the House Financial Services Committee (Republicans). Flaherty, who previously served as a spokesperson for Majority Leader Tom DeLay, left the Hill in 2006. Taylor Gross, a co-founder and partner at the bipartisan firm, reports that Flaherty will be feted at a going away party this Thursday at – Bobby Van’s Grill.
