Congratulations to R. Howler who won the FamousDC Snowmageddon Photo Contest with his “Snowy Proposal” photo.

The first place prize includes a $50 giftcard for Southern comfort food and drinks at Kitchen, followed by a $50 gift card for drinks on the best dance floor in town, at Gin & Tonic.

Coming in second and the winner of a dozen cupcakes from Georgetown Cupcake was Katie Harbath’s picture of the “Snowy Capitol.”
