Taxi cab receipts are the equivalent of gold in DC. Reimbursements are necessary and profitable. Try claiming $20.00 for a ride across town without one, and you’ll soon understand what we mean.

Whenever possible get more than one receipt and stockpile them. When one of your colleagues is in a bind and can’t find one to prove their ride across, you can sell them one. It’s also good to have some around when you need to expense your own local travel and forgot to get grab one.

The best way to procure a bunch at one time is either to gank them one night when you have enough riders with you that you get to ride in the front seat. Of course, you could just tip very well and avoid being yelled at in Farsi.
