The AP is reporting that the man known for beating the bongo drums naked is pregnant – well, his model girlfriend is. 

Matthew McConaughey, who made the announcement on the internet machine, had many wonderfully articulate things to say about the exciting news.

“Got some blessed news… a celebration of life and bounty… a newborn concieved (sic)… yes, my girlfriend Camila and I made a baby together,” McConaughey wrote.

…”We are stoked and wowed by this miracle of creation and this gift from God, and so excited for the adventure that will come in raising this child, being a mother and a father,” he said.

McConaughey goes on to say, “wish us the best, keep us in your prayers, and God bless evolution.”

At this point it is unclear whether or not the actor, who starred in “The Wedding Planner,” plans on actually marrying his girlfriend.

It is also unclear as to whether or not McConaughey was wearing a shirt when his girlfriend dropped the pregnancy test in his lap.
