To celebrate the upcoming election, George will be hosting a red, white and blue bash that promises dancing like it is the 4th of July. Benefiting the DC Dance Marathon, a $5 donation gets you drink specials including the Obama Bombs and Romney Lemonades. Apparently there will also be a saucy Abe Lincoln. No idea what that means but you should get there if you want to find out.

*Wednesday

Geek 2 Chic – yes, this is a little outside the weekend box, but I would be remiss if I did not highlight this third annual male fashion show benefiting The Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship and hosted by Microsoft and the Men’s Store at Bloomingdale’s. Make sure you get your tickets now, ladies – these male models are cuties and uber techy – ie, hawt nerds. Gotta love it.
