Twitter [Along With Millions of Congressional Constituents] Under Denial of Service Attack

Twitter is currently defending itself from a "denial of service" attack:  [we didn't know what it was either]

…an attempt to make a computer resource unavailable to its intended users.

This means Twitter joins millions of users [congressional constituents] across the country who are unable to get the proper resources [answers] they need.

Perhaps Congress, like Twitter, should try rebooting.

    i think it is normal if a website that is very famous would be hacked or have a virus. it is now just a matter of how twitter will fix the problem.
