Numbers Game in California

Arnold Schwarzenegger turns 62 today.  [happy birthday]
Only 28% of California residents approve of how Schwarzenegger is doing his job.
59% disapprove.
He isn’t as unpopular as the state legislature, which has a record-low approval rating of 17%.
