On today’s menu … beef tongue. [we assume cow]
*Correction: "slow cooked" cow beef tongue. But don’t worry, it comes with red onion, mustard sauce – whatever the hell that means.

Maybe they watched Tony Bourdain’s No Reservations Monday night and got inspired. I think tongue was a featured delicacy. So were fried lamb brains. I see Friday’s special!
