I still haven't received my every 6 year "newsletter" from Pat Roberts. Maybe there wasn't enough to fill up the card.

Of all the amazingly ridiculous, juvenile, and profane comments from this guy "John from Dodge City", the single most laughable comment was this one:

"the guy has his first challenge for re-election"

What a joke! You're a funny guy John from Dodge City! ...challenge to re-election! FROM SLATTERY????? STOP!!!!! I CAN"T TAKE ANYMORE!!!

And that is the one thing the producers of the "share your story" software were scared of when I worked with them.

CapAdvantage was the first to have that type of product out there and I used it on some advocacy sites for Medicare and Medicaid. Almost daily I would have to remove stories about old people shitting themselves or talking about how they wanted Viagra to be covered.

Yeah, he is definitely an asshole. Real quote, just probably not the place for it.

I mean, the guy has his first challenge for re-election, so he realizes "Hey, maybe I should go back to that place...what was it called? Kasnas?"

This is the guy that the LA Times called "Chairman of the Senate Cover-Up Committee." He's the guy that voted to weaken our export laws for highly enriched uranium at the behest of a Canadian company. He voted with John McCain to include European countries in the list of places from which the United States Government could "buy American."

He voted for his good buddy Ted "Series of Tubes" Stevens' $200+ million "bridge to nowhere" and against Katrina relief. He voted against extending unemployment benefits for airline workers put out of a job after 9/11 (but for bailing out the companies that fired them).

Basically, if Pat Roberts looks around, and he sees a little guy getting screwed by a company, he votes to let the company screw the little guy harder.

To quote Pat Roberts' BFF George W. Bush, "That guy is a major league asshole."
