    I’ve always called it a fist bump. Yeah, theirs was pretty cool. Their relationship is far and away the least odd in the campaign. I’m not convinced Bill & Hill have ever bumped anything more than once (and the results were truly bizarre), and Cindy McCain looks and acts like a fembot.
