Don’t call it a comeback – they were only editing

According to our sources, Capitol Hill’s second favorite blog – will soon be making a comeback.

Apparently, the rumors that the contributors at “Stuff Hill People Like” were all caught, fired and shipped off to Guantanamo Bay, are just not true.

Nor was there writer’s block or a writer’s strike.

According to a tipster, they “have plenty of ideas … but waiting for the one designated as the proofreader to go through it.”

Don’t worry, once it hits the blogosphere, we’ll let you know.

Shouldn’t people who work on the Hill be able to edit their own work? I mean, some offices have an editor, but come on! All you need is basic grammar. You’re not explaining REIT and Pay-Go to a child, it shouldn’t require that much proofing.
